Double-D.com is all about providing you with top quality brand name lingerie in sizes that are often hard to find in the shops. We are striving to give you a simple, enjoyable on-line shopping experience and the best of customer service. However, errors and omissions may occur, particularly with regard to material specification.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, choose size and colour as appropriate, and click on 'Put This in Your Basket' for any items you wish to buy. After you have finished selecting your purchases, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For more information about shopping on our site please visit the Customer Care centre.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB and American Express. Please Note: we do not debit your card until your goods are ready for dispatch and if your order is part shipped we only charge for the goods actually sent. See below for details of our usual delivery times.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 28 days for delivery. However, we usually ship your order the next working day if we have it in stock. If we're waiting for stock from our suppliers or need to order in your item(s) we would normally expect to dispatch within 14 days. We will email you regarding any delay and all orders should be received within 28 days unless we notify you otherwise. If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us through the Customer Care centre, or call 0870 241 2767 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).

Tax Charges
All UK and EU orders will include VAT at 17.5%. Orders for delivery outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Your credit card details are processed on our secure server, certified independently by Thawte, using the latest encryption methods. We have chosen to process your order using Actinic software. This is recognised by Which? and other consumer protection organisations as having industry leading security that ensures all your information is transmitted and stored safely.

Guarantee
All the lingerie you buy from Double-D.com comes with a manufacturer's warranty against faults for a period of 6 months, provided the garment washing instructions have been followed. Please note that manufacturers usually require that their bras/bodies/basques are hand washed. We do not provide any additional warranty, but see our Exchange and Refund policy below. The decision to repair, replace or refund as a result of a fault is at the sole descretion of the manufacturer concerned. Your Statutory Rights remain unaffected.

Dealing With Complaints
Should you need to complain, please email customerservice@double-d.com. You can also use our Feedback form in the Customer Care centre. Or you can ring us on 0870 241 2767 (International +44 870 241 2767) (calls charged at UK national rate).We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days, and we would expect to be able to resolve the issue within that time. If the complaint involves a supplier we will let you know how quickly we expect to sort things out, but in any case we would not expect this to be longer than 28 days.

Exchange and Refund Policy
We know how difficult it can sometimes be to find exactly the right size bra, particularly if you are buying a brand you have never tried before. So we will happily exchange any purchase for a different size or style.Please ensure you try on your purchase BEFORE removing any tags or stickers. We will only exchange items returned to us within 14 days, in a resaleable condition with all tags, stickers, etc still in place. If you do choose to exchange for a different style we will need payment sent with the item(s) you return if the new style is more expensive. We will automatically issue an immediate refund for the difference if the new style you choose is less than your original purchase. We will be happy to refund your money if you prefer, provided the item is returned within 14 days, in a resaleable condition with all tags, stickers, etc still in place. We will refund 100% of the retail price you paid, but shipping costs are not included in any refunds. Please Note: Return postage to us is at your own expense. We cannot accept liability for any items returned to us until we receive them. You will need to obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office or other carrier to be able to claim for any items lost in transit. Overseas Customers: please do not put the full commercial value of returned goods on any form you are required to complete. For maximum speed and efficiency simply put a nominal US$1 value and state that you are returning the goods to sender. If you do not do this we will pass on any import and VAT charges that UK Customs may levy. I'm afraid we have to exclude briefs and bodies from our exchange and refund policy for reasons of hygiene. However, we will exchange or refund these items if they are faulty, or if the packaging is unopened. If you need to print out a new returns form, please visit the Customer Care centre. Our Exchange and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
